Privacy Policy

The French law of March 11, 1957 authorizing, under the terms of paragraphs 2 and 3 of article 41, on the one hand, only “copies or reproductions strictly reserved for the private use of the copyist and not intended for collective", and, on the other hand, that analyzes and short quotations for the purpose of example and illustration, "any representation or reproduction in whole or in part, made without the consent of the author or his successors rights or successors in title, is unlawful” (paragraph 1 of article 40). Any representation or reproduction, by any means whatsoever, would therefore constitute an infringement punishable by articles 425 and following of the penal code. All of the content presented on this site is covered by the moral and economic rights of the author.

The latter is the exclusive holder of the intellectual property rights and database producer concerning:

I) the organization and presentation of the service,

II) the controls, methods, procedures, interfaces and more generally all the components, creations, illustrations and texts of the service,

III) the data available on the service.

As such, the extraction and/or reuse of a substantial portion of the content available on the service can only be granted by the owner Chris-Alys.

COMPUTER AND FREEDOM

 

In accordance with the French “Informatique et Libertés” legislation, any person mentioned in this service has a “right of access and rectification” for information concerning them.

In application of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 and European regulations concerning the protection of personal data, it is recalled that the personal data which are requested from the Buyer are necessary for the processing of his order and the establishment of invoices, in particular.

This data may be communicated to any partners of Chris-Alys responsible for the execution, processing, management and payment of orders.

The processing of information communicated via the Chris-Alys website meets the legal requirements for the protection of personal data, the information system used ensuring optimal protection of this data.

The Buyer has, in accordance with the national and European regulations in force, a right of permanent access, modification, rectification, opposition to portability and limitation of processing with regard to information concerning him.

This right can be exercised by writing directly to Chris-Alys at its head office or by sending an email to the following address: artiste@chrisalys.art

In addition, any message sent to you includes an option (in particular by clicking on a hypertext link) to oppose the further processing of its data for commercial purposes.
